StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Elkhorn offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

    I graduated from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Athletic Training. I also obtained my K-12 Physical Education Teaching degree in Houston, TX. I am a Certified Athletic Trainer through the Board of Certification. I enjoy and get excited to help others achieve their personal health goals. The wonderful aspect of StretchLab is I can stretch and educate individuals of any age to aid them in becoming the best version of them. Gained mobility, reduction of pain and/or stress, and improved posture are some of the benefits my customized stretch routine will reward you with. I am excited to help you! In my spare time I love to spend time with my husband and children and do activities outdoors.

    Hi! I’m Sophia! I am a graduate from Midland University with a degree in Human Performance with a concentration in strength and conditioning. I am also a certified personal trainer through NASM. Health and wellness has been a part of my life since I was a little girl! I grew up playing soccer, and played throughout high school and college. I then found my passion for strength training and that is how I got in the field of personal training. With that being said, I’ve learned how important it is to include stretching in our lives! I love working at StretchLab because it allows me to help others feel and move better as well as connecting with clients on a personal level. Fun facts about me: I have 3 dogs and my favorite color is pink!

    My name is CJ and I'm a certified personal trainer and fitness coach. I find true fulfillment in helping others, especially through fitness and health! Working at StretchLab gives me an outlet to make connections, build relationships and meet new people. It also allows me to help improve the quality of people's lives. When I'm not at the studio I participate in Brazilian Jui-jitsu and usually hang out with my dogs and family! I believe being able to move better and have optimal mobility can create an amazing lifestyle that everyone should experience!

    Hey! I’m Dazjae and I graduate from College of Saint Mary next spring with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology. I currently have an Associate's in Exercise Science. I’ve been an athlete for most of my life. I’ve done gymnastics, played volleyball and I’m currently running track as well as dancing for the college I attend. So I’m pretty familiar with how important stretching is to the body. It can sometimes be something that we forget to do, but once you get into the consistency your body is going to feel great! Stretching not only gives your body a bit of relief from tension but also helps your mind to relax as well. I’m excited to start working with clients and helping them achieve their goals!

    Hello! I’m Kenaan and I graduated from Peru State College with my Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and Psychology. Being a former collegiate student/athlete, I have been able to use my knowledge and experience from playing to help others commit to bettering themselves physically. I also have experience in coaching and teaching, (Peru State College Strength and Conditioning coach, East Union High School Strength and Conditioning coach and Student teaching a Technique of Olympic Lifts class at Peru State College). I pride myself on helping others achieve their wellness goals. Being physically active has great benefits but one benefit that I truly feel goes hand in hand with physical wellness is mental wellness(this is also why I studied psychology). Being a Flexologist is more than just stretching, it also requires getting to know your clients and caring for them beyond just being in the StretchLab studio. In my spare time I love to stay physically active with my lady and two dogs DJ and Apollo. I'm a huge Baltimore Ravens fan. At StretchLab I get to do what I love and help all people reach their goals. Health is wealth.

    Hi! I'm Kaylee. I'm certified in personal training and currently studying exercise science at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I grew up being very involved in sports, softball being my main sport. Over the years, I have learned a lot about how important it is to keep a healthy body in order to maximize performance. Stretching has always been part of my recovery process. I'm excited to use and share my knowledge with others to help them achieve their goals. In my spate time, I enjoy lifting weights and taking my dog, Bodie, on walks around the lake.

In addition to my role at StretchLab, I currently hold certifications as a personal trainer and nutritionist. My world revolves around not just professional pursuits but also the joy of parenting my two energetic sons, aged 3 and 5. In my view, happiness is inseparable from movement. The ability to move comfortably empowers you to savor life more freely. At StretchLab, my mission is simple – to assist you in moving better, feeling better, and ultimately living better. Facilitating improved movement at StretchLab is my commitment, aiming to enhance your overall well-being and quality of life.

    Hi! I’m Autumn and I was born and raised here in Wichita, Kansas. I’m a full-time PTA student in Hutchinson, and I’ve had many opportunities to work with the body’s natural healing process with individuals in all walks of life, and in various settings. I also have previous experiences working with individuals with special needs and visual impairments through Rainbows United and Envision, Inc. I have a passion for health and wellness, and I’m constantly learning new ways to improve the human body. In my free time, I enjoy reading, working out, and taking any chance I can to be outdoors.
