She started out as a Lead Teacher in the Preschool and the Infant Classrooms prior to getting promoted to Center Director.&nbsp; Ms. Kathleen has over 24 years of experience in this field, so she brings a lot experience and enthusiasm to this center. She always has an open door policy for everyone who would like to talk--parents, teachers, and children. Ms. Kathleen brings a high level of family engagement into her center and is always striving to find new and exciting ways to better the education in her building. Watching children learn and develop every day is what inspires Ms. Kathleen to do her job. She takes pride in the fact that, together with her teachers, she helps build skills in children that will assist them for a lifetime.</p>

    <p><!--block-->Ms. Missy began her career with KinderCare in July of 1990. She started out as a teacher many years ago before being promoted up to the management department, where she has been helping to manage the day-to-day operations of the center. Ms. Missy has seen many children grow up with KinderCare and they always have a big smile and a hug for her, whenever they see her.&nbsp; Her favorite part about teaching is planning new experiences for the children each day.&nbsp; She loves how excited the children are when they are discovering new concepts. &nbsp;She enjoys being on the children's level, watching their excitement as they grow and master a task.</p>

    <p><!--block-->Ms Kirstie has a wonderful way of bringing comfort to all her Infants. She loves to sing and read with her students and teach them new finger-plays! Ms. Kirstie provides a safe, nurturing experience while providing lots of sensory activities to spark those curious minds that are just waiting to be encouraged as they learn. She is one of our openers at our school and ensures that our center is opened up on time and children are greeted with a smile. In addition, Ms. Kirstie is a Learning Adventures Teacher. She guides one-on-one experiences for our children in the areas of phonics, cooking, art, music, and math.</p>

    <p><!--block-->Ms. Amber is attentive to her younger infants. You can find her on the floor laughing, tickling, and teaching her students to strengthen their motor skills. She offers a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for our infants that sets the foundation of learning about the world around them. She is one of our closers at our center, so her daily communications with parents is a great asset to our families.</p>
