    Brian officially joined the Renaissance Financial team after graduating from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with a degree in finance. Showing his dedication in learning as much as he could about the financial industry, he spent two years interning at the Lincoln, Nebraska office. This time proved to be extremely educational and beneficial in helping him plan for his career as a financial advisor. With an extensive financial education and utilizing the team to help with both personal and business planning, Brian is able to assist his clients maneuver through numerous investment tools and create a strategy that suits their needs. He enjoys assisting his younger clients begin the journey of preparing for their future, as well as supporting clients that are nearing retirement. Before joining the Renaissance team, Kyle attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.     Teamwork is the defining factor that sets Renaissance Financial apart from the rest of the financial services field. This foundation of collaboration and vibrant energy is what attracted Darin to the firm. After spending almost two decades helping financial advisors with compliance regulations, Darin decided to transition into an advisor himself so he could help others on a personal basis. He works closely with other advisors to provide his clients, which include accumulators, small business owners and retirees, with the support and expertise of the entire firm. Darin received a degree in Finance from The University of Nebraska-Lincoln and in 2014 he was an inductee into the Nebraska Wesleyan University Athletic Hall of Fame as a member of the 1989 NWY football team. Outside of the office Darin enjoys giving back to the place he calls home.     Kyle came to Renaissance Financial because of its small company feel, combined with a large company reach and reputation. Whether he is advising his peers, those getting started with investing, blue collar workers or businesses, Kyle is driven by the belief that those who work hard for their money deserve to have it work for them. His favorite quote is by Ronald Reagan, who said, “There is no limit to the amount of good you can do if you don’t care who gets the credit.” Prior to joining the firm, Kyle worked as a customer service representative at Security First Bank, where he advised customers on account selections, opened accounts and processed retail banking transactions efficiently and accurately. Kyle received an associate’s degree in business administration from Southeast Community College and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in business administration at Doane University. He holds his Life, Accident, and Health Agent license, as well as FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations. Kyle is a member of the Lincoln Young Professionals Group. He attends Messiah Lutheran Church in Lincoln and volunteers at the church in various capacities, primarily serving as a high school youth leader.     Chloe was drawn to Renaissance Financial because of its emphasis on building relationships with clients. As someone who’s drive is connecting with and helping people, Chloe strives to put others first and to empower them to feel educated and prepared. She especially enjoys working with women and young professionals, informing them and helping position them for their financial futures. Chloe initially joined Renaissance Financial as a college intern, where she learned firsthand about the firm’s exceptional work ethic and focus on collaboration. After she experienced the encouraging and family-oriented culture of the firm, she knew she wanted to join Renaissance after graduation. A graduate of the University of Missouri- Columbia, Chloe earned her Bachelor of Science degree in personal financial planning. In addition to studying abroad in London, she was on the Dean’s Honor Roll List all four years and received the Outstanding Senior award from the Personal Financial Planning Department. While still in college, Chloe obtained her Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) certification and worked as a volunteer tax preparer at the University of Missouri’s Family Impact Center. As a member of the Financial Planning Association, she volunteered at the Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri at Mizzou every semester. She likes to stay involved with her church, Christ Community as well. Chloe grew up in Monmouth Beach, New Jersey before moving to Omaha, NE with her family. He then attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where he received his Bachelor of Science in business administration, with an emphasis in finance. In his previous role as sales assistant at Time Management Systems, Blake was responsible for growing the business through initiating contact and developing relationships with companies ranging in size from 10 to 1,000 employees. Prior to that, he worked as a branch sales intern at TD Ameritrade where he tracked stock trends and provided analysis of investment reports. Blake graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a master’s degree in business administration, finance management and investments, and a minor in political science. In addition to being named on the Dean’s List and being a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Club, he started a small popcorn business with his roommate that lasted two years. He also used his social media skills to help a local real estate company launch their online marketing program via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.     Luke came to Renaissance Financial because of the organization’s emphasis on collaboration, which enables advisors to support each other and build on each other’s strengths. His professionalism and passion for teamwork are drawn from his prior experience in the golf industry, where he was assistant superintendent of a golf course in Nevada, after spending years interning at courses in Delaware, Nebraska and Iowa. He initially followed in the footsteps of his father, who is a golf course superintendent in Omaha, before his career change to the financial field. Though he enjoys working with young couples and families, as well as a wide variety of clients, Luke has a special interest in working with nurses, as his wife is a nurse. Knowing the challenges that nurses face, he is eager to support those that care so much for others. Luke earned a Bachelor of Science in turfgrass and landscape management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a major in finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. As a former football player for the University of Oklahoma (where they won 3 Big XII Championships and played in 3 BCS games, including the National Championship), Kolby also enjoys working with athletes and helping them navigate the unique issues they face. Beyond the football field, Kolby made sure he had a solid education to support his future by earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oklahoma in sociology and business administration.
