Great workout
I love kickboxing is a fun yet intense workout! The trainers are awesome and very motivating. If you are like me and need motivation, I highly recommend ILKB! These guys are great!

Confidence in Working Out
I've never written a review of anything. Ever. This place is so amazing I'm willing to get my opinion out here for strangers! The staff and other members are so welcoming and motivating. My first class I knew nobody and that didn't stop them from getting me included right away. I've tried other workout routines and gyms - you know, where the crazy person is yelling at you through a microphone to do the same movement the whole class? No way. ILKB is the only place I've felt confident and comfortable in my work outs. This place is so great I drive over an hour to get to my closest location. It's a great way to decompress after a long work day and the end results of just one workout are enough to make me go back for another. I highly recommend ILKB - Omaha West!

I Love Kickboxing ROCKS!
Amazing workout that will challenge you and push you to your limits. The instructors are supportive and want to see you succeed. You will not be disappointed, every class leaves me wanting to come back for more!

Great Workout
I Love Kickboxing really works!!! The best thing is you don't have to be a professional athlete to get involved. They start you slow and before you know it you're faster, stronger, and way more flexible than you have ever been! The motivation from all the instructors is amazing. It's strange how just a simple high five at the end of each class makes you feel like a super hero. If you want to feel like you accomplished something, go to I Love Kickboxing.

Not tired anymore
I love this place! I was tired of being blah tired but this place gave me the motivation and energy to be tired in a way that makes me feel good and is good for my body.

“Getting fit can be fun!” - I truly enjoy myself when going to class. You WILL WORK EVERY MUSCLE!!! The instructors are very personable and understanding. They motivate you and encourage you breathe and to pace yourself rather than push beyond your limit. There is no judgment and everyone there is very positive and uplifting. I get stronger and better with every class. I am very happy with the investment that I made fory my health and am confident that I am in the BEST hands! :-) I LOVE KICK BOXING

Great Place / Great People / Great Workout
I Love Kickboxing Omaha West is my favorite kickboxing location in the Omaha area. The owners and staff there are SO amazing! They make sure you're doing the moves correctly, modify them for your ability, and just make the class fun which keeps me coming back. My wife and I have turned numerous friends into I Love Kickboxing fans and members. I can't say enough good things about this place! I LOVE KICKOXING.... DOT COM!!!
