An Omaha native and long standing member of many civic and community organizations, Ed Zachary was a natural choice to be the spokesperson for Gregg Young’s “Going the Extra Mile” program. Ed brings genuine leadership and love for helping others as he heads this new branch of Gregg Young's continuing quest to serve the customers and community. A family man, Ed enjoys golf, boating, and cheering on his children in their numerous sporting activities.
Originally from Jamaica, AJ spent a few years in Florida before making the Midwest home. He brings more than 10 years of hospitality experience along with previous experience as an independent insurance agent in Iowa. His background in customer service and relationship building carries into his role as a Licensed Insurance Agent with the agency. Outside of work, AJ is a proud father who enjoys supporting his son in his various sports and activities. He stays active himself through weight training, running, boxing, and cycling, and also enjoys traveling, trying new foods, music, cars, and reading. A firm believer that you never stop learning, AJ is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree online while continuing to grow his career in the insurance industry.
Born and raised in Council Bluffs, she brings two years of insurance industry experience to her role as Insurance Coordinator with the Agency. She enjoys helping customers navigate their insurance needs and making the process as simple and straightforward as possible. Outside of work, she’s a busy mom of three who enjoys spending time with her family and staying involved in her community. She is passionate about supporting others, helping people feel heard, and being a supportive resource for those who may not always know where to turn. Her local roots, industry experience, and genuine desire to help people are at the heart of what she brings to the Insurance team.
